it doesnt say anything about the opposites of importance , so you don't use opposites, you use importances and only importances as per the GM

IF you consider warm weather important for the picnic you are attending in the park next weekend then no problem . GO ahead and use that as an importance.

Mental mass is the importance you are vanishing with TB.  If its not replaced to the same degree that's being vanished , your progress will  come to a grinding halt.

I like to use actual weight and importance at the same time. Not just touching walls or mental mass importance generation , but both Heavy weights and Mental importance 360 degrees around my body while having others do it too.

I know what its like to not balance RI with L5 . Its a mental la la land where anything's possible . Not good.
