Anyone ? How's it going ? Has anyone made it to " there " yet ? Even for a moment ? What's it like ? Are you able to show others how you got there ?
Thanks and keep on tromin .

Hello Yaroslov,
Mid-October of last year I started on Level 2. Presently I am part way through Level 4.
My advice is to follow instructions exactly. Read and reread the material to develop the fullest possible
understanding. Dennis Stephen’s processes are fantastically effective. Do them daily and the
results accumulate.
Regards,

Thank you for asking and for the encouragement. Had a great session today. Having a trom twin who is at my level and able to work with each other over SKYPE is the difference between my giving myself a session and my not giving myself a session - and the same goes for my twin. We each hold the time and space and are otherwise silent, so it is still a DIY session.
Take someone with you, eh!

I am almost finished with the second pass-through on level 5a. I have no idea how long it is going to take to complete level five. I will tell you that I get benefits every single session I do. Immediately after the session I feel good and more aware. Sometimes a startling permanent case change occurs. I reflect on what sort of compulsive games play condition I was in, bordering on insanity when I started around November of last year and the difference is dramatic.

Great to see you having profound case change and able to stick to it and on Level 5a. The only difficulty with Trom as I see it is sticking with it, actually doing it; otherwise it is utter simplicity.

I do two hours a day no matter what and only about 3-4 times a month do I skip a session out of necessity (like familial or business obligations, or just not being sessionable).
I am passionately curious of what lies at the end of level five. That's what drives me.

Just reading trom and Dennis' emphasis on being complementary made me re-think my life and how I relate with my body intelligence, and with others.
His list of Junior Universes made me aware of my current trigger points.
His "To Handle" process helped me run off my parents' covert game strategies which I also adopted.
Level Two has helped me spot and process aesthetic or color hang-ups in a scene.
RI is a big help with my current creative project - being able to get 3D viewpoints and walkthroughs. RI also once speedily saved me from death caused by too much negative psychic inflow. RI helps me recover more quickly from an upset and able to expand my viewpoints and response options.
Trom also helped me see the value of calmly back and forth reasoning with others (To Reason goal set).
Trom helped me on social media to be aware of and take another approach to my "arch enemy" - the must not know case that dramatizes infliction as a motivator.
Trom's ethics code helped me be more aware of when I'm having "fun" at another's expense.
Dennis got me to doing more "touching" of the particles of sensation and emotion instead of sitting in a stew and resisting or expressing them, which has been especially helpful while experiencing de-tox somatics.
My initial difficulty was that Level Two sometimes brought up scenes that were hard for me to re-experience (for example an aesthetic implant scene involving certain colors), and I was not doing RI correctly, or was getting over-worked about how to do it. I did have the CCH's (twice now). Practice incorporating and balancing RI with Level Two and timebreaking does make it run smoother.
From my own experience I have to agree with Dennis that Level Two separates the men from the boys, so to speak - not his own words exactly, and I still don't much like running Level Two, but once I do make myself start a Level Two session I'm always glad I did. And I'm still weak on doing "another" RI until no more change, and I often get an urge to quickie through it; however I also greatly enjoy that quietness of mind that comes from doing a good round of RI.
-
I had trouble on "another" RI until I did this----
Commands:
"Have another create something" (as auditor)
"create me..... an ice cream cone" (as pc)
(an ice cream cone appears in front of me"
"Have another create something"(as auditor)
"create me... an apple"(as pc)
(an apple appears behind me)
So, if I tell the other what to create, I can have the other create it for me. It's still in the class of not-self, even though it's not a surprise.

Hello, and, yes, I did have charge come off doing this: "Daughter, create me an ice cream cone" plus the six-directions process (front-back, up-down, left-right). I imaged her (because I like seeing her too) all six times handing me an ice-cream cone and I'm still yawning off charge.
I think this way is more interactive, and I appreciate that. Thank you.
-
I looked over my response and edited it a bit because this is what I do when creating in the class of not-self.
When I create in the class of self, I just put something there, acknowledge I did it and move on.
-
what's the 6 direction process ?, it sounds interesting.
-
The six direction process probably refers to running RI like this:
Create something and put it above you
Create something and put it below you
Create something and put it to the left of you
Create something and put it to the right of you
Create something and put it in front of you
Create something and put it behind you.
The yawn guy on youtube does an offshoot of this.
Also, Pete does a guided session of this and puts it on his website here: http://tromhelp.com/processing where you can find the yawn guy's videos as well as Pete's guided sessions.

its needs balance.
The process puts you in a box surrounded by 6 sides ( aka 3 dimensional box )
It needs polarity balance.
1 Create something and put it above you
2 Create something and put it below you
3 Create something and put it to the left of you
4 Create something and put it to the right of you
5 Create something and put it in front of you
6 Create something and put it behind you.
Continue the process until it produces no change or to a cognition.
Create something and put it inside you to the :
7 left
8 right
9 top
10 bottom
11 front
12 back
13 put yourself inside the creation
14 put yourself outside the creation
Repeat 1-14 around and around
repeat until no more change or a cognition .
If you go exterior while in progress, it's STILL producing a change . CONTINUE until the exterior / interior state produces no more change and you've run it all nice , smooth and FLAT.
Hold onto or put some solid matter in both hands with at least 10lbs
Mental mass has a less density than a barbell or brick but both are the same in terms of mass.
The mind and body are two poles of the same item like up/down or male.female. Weight is weight, mental weight or physical , they are the exact same difference. The weight of the mind is only different in that is has less density than the body .
OUR skeletal bones ARE the solid core of the mind .
The outer surface of the mind has the least amount of density . As you travel inwards towards the bones, the density increases to a solid brittle condition . Our bones.
Use the white to black colors spectrum for a visual
0=life , the creator of 1-8
1 white no density no mass ( clear )
2 blue minds mental mass
3 green
4 red
5 yellow
6 magenta
7 cyan
8 black solid core density and the bodies solid core bones .
As you travel inside , deeper into your body , the bones are as far as you can go.
Its a negative finite interior location called the 4th dimension.
when you get to the solid core and can go no further , you turn around and go back outwards towards the inside of the outer edge of the minds perimeter.
The back inside to its core , then back out to the inner perimeter.
ALWAYS run any process symmetrically .
X
NEVER run any process asymmetrically
If you go further than the mind/body core , you'll pop out of the body
if you go further than the mind/body outer surface, you'll pop out of the body
The X above denotes the sign of the " torus ".
They are in perfect x/- balance.

Thank you for thinking outside - ummmm - inside the box. ;)
I've been using RI merely as a simple havingness process until the mind goes quiet and I can carry on with a session or a saner interaction with someone. It has worked to that extent - 360 degrees surround.
