Quora can be a good place to find people spiritually seeking or seeking mental health.  :) As once such a person I found TROM on the ESMB forum. I kept postulating and enquiring best (most simple straightforward) practice(s) to Native State  :)

If a person is asking the right question the right way, then yes, Dennis' practices and theory might be just what they are looking for  :)
