An Idea I got from Level 5, but not Level 5 Exactly
« on: April 21, 2014, 10:01:43 pm »
Not ready for level 5 -- doing RI and Level 2 and having fun with both.

I often get thoughts about people from my past in view of resistance and non-cooperation between myself and them.   While immersed in a thought about someone I decided to take that person and put them up in front of me and then put myself up facing them and hold them there.  The sparks flew and I felt a somatic in the gut.   Sometimes I could see the "To Know" matrix pattern being played out.   Yawns.    RI.

So here it is:

:'( Take a person you have attention on and put them up in front of you.

:-* Put yourself up in front of you and facing them.

:o Hold them there and see what happens

:) When the "happenings" are finished, do RI

Hello, Cory.   In this example I have some energy regarding my mother.   I mock up my mom in front of me.   I at the same time mock up myself facing my mother.  It is as if they form the two ends of a pole and the energy is flying between the two of them (I can feel somatics, etc).  Of course the two ends of the pole are a postulate/counter-postulate.

I tried it. I have no problem to put a mock up of another. But a mock up of myself becomes hard. I did put a mock up once of me and it felt good for sure. So it works if you can make a mock up of yourself.

Right Cory, just like myself.   Sometimes, I guess, one can do it better than other times.   Same for sessions too, eh?
