Thank you for clarification - I'll take it to the next level as you say here.
I won't be needing an e-meter - I'll just know. After hundreds of hours with an auditor reporting back to me my e-meter reads, I have the hang of it now :-)

After hundreds of hours of auditing my corporeal and non-corporeal track I have no shortage of scenes to timebreak  :-)  Plus scenes I garnered from auditing others that still stick in my memory bank  :-)

So, if I correctly duplicate you, when doing RI and some scenes flow by I note them, continue until no more change with RI and add the scenes for timebreaking to my notebook. 

Actually I'm on Level Two again, and I keep notes of scenes that are sticky, especially scenes that have postulates that fixate me to this particular compulsive postulated personality set.

I sure would like to be able to be more complementary with the must-not-know postulated personality types. It's getting better but I have to stay very present with this exact opposer type.  RI helps immensely.
