Dennis' instruction re RI is to keep doing it until no more change.   This is a detailed description, with example, of how I do RI until no more change.

Typical RI today:

"Create an Importance"

-- natural pool fed by waterfall --

"Put it around you 360 degrees"

--change occurring - mind bringing up fear of water snakes-

Repeat of first command, same scenario (water snakes not included)

--mind brings up more water snakes--

Repeat of first command, original scenario (snakes not included)

The original scenario is what produced the "change" so that is what I keep putting up, until no more changes occur.
"Changes" included other fears related to bodies of water.

NOTE TO SELF: Do not change the original scenario until no more changes occur.

That seems obvious, but that was not always what I was doing to handle the mind's compulsive create.

I have always had a fear of swimming in deep lakes and oceans, etc. and running this scenario until no more change
brought immense relief of this particular fear and I felt more present with the current environment.
