How can I find charged past scene without e-meter

(1/6) > >>

Dmitry:
I think Im now doing lvl 3.

I timebroke all past scenes which I could find.
But I have no floating needle on e-meter.
So when I look at e-meter, the charge starts to rise and go out from my body and mind.

Today I worked with e-meter and got a past scene where I was buying a bag.
I was a little bit nervous here 10 years ago. But only with e-meter I got some changes and released some charge.

So help me pls.
How can I find charged past scene without e-meter?
How can I find charge in known past scenes, that look like timebroken without e-meter?
 :)

Jur93n:
As far as I have prepared myself for L3 and have understood it is that you are not looking for charge.
You are exercising general timebreaking, you are not looking for charge. You are building up your
ability and willingness (able and willing) to timebreak past scenes. On L2 it was about objects, at L3 it is about past
scenes which is a wider scope of dealing with things.

So i think you are too focused on hunting for charge, that is not the goal of L3.

Note: TROM does not point at anything stating it as important, however i feel you are making charge important.

Dmitry:
Thank you :) :) :)

I try to understand your answer.

So, ok, I wont hunt charge now.

I have tons of willingness  and lack of ability ))) ha-ha

DHS:

Ok, how can I be sure that I see past and now simultaneously?

Comparision comands of L2 produce no change.
For example I have a cute dice from past. And a cup from now.

I can find differences and similaritys and do it for 10 minutes with no effects.

When I try to view - dice just dissapears in a sec.

How can I be sure that dice is timebroken? Is there any test?

Jur93n:
Did you actually do the command pairs c+d and e+f. You need to spend some time on the find command (c and e), this is a command as well as the mentioning of the difference/similarity.
As for "seeing", i am not so obsessed with actually seeing. On Level 3 you should be able to notice the intensity (mustness, enforcement) of a scene and the scene should fall away in intensity compared to present time, that is what you are looking for on L3.

Knowing that you are done with that object on L2 is through noticing "no more change". For me now on L2 I start to see change in myself in terms of relaxation, more easily holding and moving the past object in PT to find an object that is different/similar. So that is still a change, in the beginning it was mostly yawning and sometimes dozing off or getting fog headed. For me now it has become to not only hold the past object and finding PT objects but also to be aware of myself more and more (and i see that as a change). It is true for me that it becomes progressively easier to "to place the ‘then’ and ‘now’ objects side by side" for comparison, no more heavy yawning etc.., however i feel i am still changing.

Like Dennis mentions "Don’t rush the exercises; nothing is to be gained by so doing".

Dmitry:
Thank you! Your answer helped!

I have found a mistake in my L2 doing with your help.

I was just comparing. Not looking around for new different and similar objects.

--- Quote ---d)   How is it different?
Repeat c) and d) (Its permissible to use the same pt object over and over again if you wish) until no more change;  then:
--- End quote ---

Its permissible to use the same pt object, but when I have started to use other pt objects L2 have started to produce change again.

--- Quote ---Like Dennis mentions "Don’t rush the exercises; nothing is to be gained by so doing".
--- End quote ---
haha)) i dont rush. Im so slow. I was doing L2 for 7 years))) and got a lot of gains.
