The importance(significance) automatically grabs attention.
Stronger importance attracts attention stronger than weaker ones.

The gradient of importance can be shown with the following example:

There are two suitcases in front of you.
One contains a million dollars, another - 10 dollars.

Which one will you choose?
Where will your attention automatically go?

Your attention go for a million.
That means the importance of "million dollars" > the importance of "10 dollars".

There are two new suitcases.
One contains "10 dollars" and other contains "old boot"

Which one will you choose?
Where will your attention automatically go?

Your attention go for a "10 dollars"
That means the importance of "10 dollars" > the importance of "old boot".

There are two new suitcases.
One contains "grain of sand" and other contains "old boot"

Which one will you choose?
Where will your attention automatically go?

Your attention go for a "old boot".
That means the importance of "old boot" > the importance of "grain of sand".

So in the end we have gradient of importance:
1)million dollars
2)10 dollars
3)old boot
4)grain of sand

On lvl2 we start from 4 then 3, 2, 1.

In my case Lvl2 have killed all importances, now they dont grab attention.
