TROM manual quotes:

"A being can view ‘now’ from any viewpoint. A being can view ‘then’ from any viewpoint. Thus, every moment in time is a complete universe which is viewable to the being. (Viewpoint here is used in the sense of a ‘position from which to view’, and not in the sense of holding a mental opinion.) Thus, a being is natively capable of viewing every particle that has ever been brought into existence in this, or any other universe, from any viewpoint he so desire. He is also natively capable of taking any of these particle back out of existence again if he so desires. Whether or not he can get agreement from others on this latter step is merely a matter of how convincing he is to others, and is not a pre-requisite to the accomplishment of the feat. That others may choose to keep these particles in existence, still is, in the final instance, entirely their concern. Thus, you can walk out of the trap without the need to take everyone else with you. Believing differently is not to grant others the right to their own convictions - a trap all of its own.
Any changes you bring about, whether changes in ‘then’ or changes in ‘now’ you bring about now. So any changes you make to ‘then’, later than when the event occurred, will not ipso-facto produce changes in ‘now’. Thus, what is called the time paradox is exposed for the lie that it is."

"If this concept seems difficult to grasp, it is only because on has become used to the idea of moving through time. This is an illusion brought about be entrapment in mass which is enduring through time. Only the particles, the effects, are created, made to endure, and are finally destroyed. The spiritual being, the creator of all these postulates, is utterly timeless. Once one fully grasps this, it is easy to see that changing the past does not ipso-facto produce a change in the present."

Level 3 says this (from the TROM manual), quotes:

"
Commands:

a) "Select a past scene. Become simultaneously aware of the scene and present time around you. Don't try and Timebreak all of the scene at once. Take it a bit at a time. Continue to do this until the past scene 'fades' - i.e. begins to 'fall away' in intensity compared to present time."

b) "Select a new past scene, and repeat a)"
"

"
Although the past will progressively vanish during this Level, nothing is being lost except the enforcement to view it; any part of your past that has been Timebroken can easily be brought back into existence once more merely by desiring to view it.

Hi!  :D

Thank you! You have brought quotes for question 3.

Quote
until the past scene 'fades' - i.e. begins to 'fall away' in intensity compared to present time."
Quote
the enforcement to view it

I think that criteria is not working for me.  :'(
All my scenes are faded and have zero intensity.
All my scenes dont enforce me to view them.

And what about questions 1 and 2? ???

I think I need some more deeper understanding of all of this...

From my experience, I only used  mental image scenes up to Level 3 and from that point on I timebroke solid mental mass my images are attached too. It was a natural flow from images to mental mass aka charge in the form of mental mass

Its black or dark gray mental matter  . Its a FEELING of subjective mental mass that is not in the form of distinct images, its in the form of weight solidity and its dark in color .

Some are so huge  it would take days to get it to vanish  . I timebreak it using the present scene to crush it 360 degrees inwards from the outside inwards , over and over and over and over until the feeling of mass vanishes.

Whats in the scene makes no difference because I timebreak any and all mental mass I can find . I timebreak colors patterns masses black goo . Some masses make my head move back and forth from side to side in a vibration like motion as its being timebroken

Dont get stuck because you cant or dont see the images around the mass . Just TB anything you see in your mind.

Every level I did moved me into the next level automatically . I read the games manual hundreds of times to make sure I had it right and listened to a computer voice audio version at a slightly faster than normal speed many times as well .

TROM deals with the mind and the mind is a subjective matter

What about OBJECTS,  aka OBJECTIVES ? Create an importance  ? Have others do the same etc etc . Or touching solid objects at the same time you replace your importance

Subjects are in the mind
Objects are in the environment outside the mind around you or just in front of you because nothing exists unless we see hear feel taste smell of say it does. We are literally putting our objective environment in front and around us every moment of every day and simple dont  " know it  " Know and not know are the granddaddy of them all and all goals lead to them both . There are only 2

subjective and objectives. There isnt a third now is there,

When any subjective exercise grinds to a halt , you use the other, OBJECTIVES and when its topped up you use subjective back and forth

Objectives are the positive pole of subjective, its neg pole ( or leg )

You literally need to create real importance's in your life and lots of them . Considering a coffee cup important after you've time broke a planet exploding isnt gonna be enough .
You need massive importance in the present time. No bus tickets.

when one fails to produce, you switch to the other

objects subjects objects subjects    .......... it never ends

I use trom for subjective and the torus ( +/- ) for my objectives,

wow!)

I had body motions too, I call them dynamic meditation.

I see and feel nothing in my mind. Thats the problem. I think i dont understand something fundamental about all of this.

Quote
I read the games manual hundreds of times

Me too)) one day I've realized that I've learned it by heart.

Quote

))) I dont feel that I can. Nothing seems important. I cant pretend that some mental images are important for me. Preceptional RI flated too.

Im doing TROM since 2012 about 2-3 hours a day average. It worked good all this years, I become very calm person, but now Im stucked.
I cant pass LVL3 e-meter test, no persistent F\N. RI doesnt work, L2 doesnt work, L3 doesnt work, L4 doesnt work :)

So I just want to ask you fundamental thing.

What is TIME for you?
How it can be feeled?
How can I be sure in my timebreaking?

Quote
Its a FEELING of subjective mental mass that is not in the form of distinct images, its in the form of weight solidity and its dark in color .
Mental mass = TIME for you?

Time is indeed the most misunderstood concept.

I copy paste this from Slim/Randy, he has a very good description.

"<
As far as the difference between time breaking the past and just viewing the past. Look at it this way.
The universe is here now. But the illusion is that there is the past time and the present time. By viewing past and present at the same time you view both now, not then.
>"

"<
Ok so the difference between viewing the past and time-breaking the past ? To start with there is not just A difference there are many ways to see differences between the two . I'll point out one of the differences that should be pretty obvious.

Take a single past scene of you putting the car keys on the kitchen table . You consider it as a whole scene but it can be divided into a beginning and an end or as many time zones as you like . This creates an illusion of time .  When you view it all at once it again becomes as once again, unity .

There is no past , only the present.

If you view it all at the same time . There is only what is in front of you, and that is now .

Its easier said then done but once you fully get it  and can begin to or unless you begin to live your life in that manor you will forever be trapped in that consideration of past and present.

Considerations got you into this state and reevaluating the considerations will get you back to native state.

A past scene is a universe in it's own right . It's not really in the past , it's in a different location in space , over there someplace for you to see now , just like the car keys you have on the table in the kitchen. The keys are in the same time , but just because you don't see the keys does not mean they are not there.  Your attention is on the wall that blocks your view of the keys .

You put the keys there in the past but they are still there in the present . They are there in the future too if you care to consider them there for you to get at a later time .

Everything that was ever put anywhere is still there for you to view now . Your wife can view the keys too and so can anyone else. You too can view things that others have put into existence as well. If you move the keys to the bedroom you can still view the keys on the table and view the keys in the bedroom at the same time . This is where most people get lost .

You can view this whole life time as one past scene when you come up the line in ability . It's all there just as much as a past scene of you placing the keys on the table .

You need to consider yourself able to see your whole life as a past scene but first you must address considerations that are preventing you from doing that .

That's the catch 22 paradox. How can you become more able until you are more able .

You start with very small past scenes that you are able to view/know, and you work your way up in ability a little at a time. You get stronger and more determined as you go which in turn enables you to get even more ability and so on, see it ?

It's almost impossible to explain all at once . Just practice time breaking your so called past and know what it is you are doing as you do it

The consideration of the existence of the past is in many ways a lie . I've pointed out the most basic lie . That there is a past .

How is the past similar to the present ? They both exist in the same time. ( laughing )

Ok look, you can take a past scene and divide it into two parts , the beginning half and the end half .

It's only made into two parts by your consideration and as soon as you consider it whole you can view it as a whole.

As soon as you consider it having a beginning and an end it becomes that way for you .

You can divide it up into thousands of sections and place the sections in an order of percentages .  1 percent being the beginning and 49 percent the middle and 50 percent the end .

Use the car keys in the kitchen scene.

You've just created a mini universe made of you placing the car keys on the kitchen table .

Or you can just just view the whole scene at once.
The universe we all share here is no different, you can view the whole thing all at once when you consider you can do it.

It's a consideration just like any consideration.
You decide you want to view a scene and you view it , you decide you only want to view the first part of it only and you only view the first part

Or you decide you only want to view the last part of the scene and so you do.

I would like to comment on "))) I don't feel that I can. Nothing seems important. I cant pretend that some mental images are important for me. Perceptional RI is flat too."

First RI consists of 2 parts:
1. "create an importance"
   and
2. "have another create an importance"

Remember, every importance is relative to any other thing and it is very easy to see importance's once you put out some needs/goals/purposes.

For command 1. see if you can do imagine this:

Want to fly to the moon as an astronaut!; it should be immediately clear that many "things" become important, space craft, space suit, physical training, mental preparation, food for the trip, oxygen supply, ground station with people computing the trajectory and giving you support, rocket fuel, a sunny day with good weather to take off, an objective to fulfil when landing on the moon like taking a ground sample, sample container to hold the ground sample, etc....

Need to get to the supermarket to buy food for the coming days?; spaghetti, meat balls, kale, spinach, carrots,
bicycle, clothes, bag, money or credit card, wallet, house keys, fridge, house, recipes (so you know what to buy)

For command 2. out there in the world there are many people making many things important:

Aikido dojo, different color belts, aikido teachers
F1 race track, F1 cars, competitions, top drivers, seasonal calendar with all locations
Scuba diving; course, nice location for diving, equipment, oxygen tanks, fish you want to see
Supermarket; all the food and things you can imagine, create them in abundance
Art Museum; beautiful paintings, statues, pottery, ....

You dont need consider anything about it

Just TIME break what ever it is you  "  see "  or  " feel " in your mind.

They are like  " pop ups ". When it pops up , timebreak it out . . Its significance isnt important. The more significant it was at the time, the better off you will be when its gone today and tomorrow .

Likewise, The easier it is to time break out, the lesser result youll experience from its absence.

All you need to do is run the commands on L4 and L5  and time break what ever pops up , even if you have no idea what its significance is or was . When one level goes flat , move to the next .  It would move to the next level on its own most of the time on both L4 and 5.

The more mental mass we timebreak out , the easier it will become to timebreak even more latter on,  but you need to run  EFFECTIVE  RI, not just RI. ........... EFFECTIVE RI.

I time broke more mental mass soldity on L3 than I did on L4 and L5 . I used L4 and 5 to get the rest of what I didnt get on L3.

WE arnt all the same and trom isnt going to work the same for all of us.

Peel the onion from the outside, inwards, a little at a time and TB what ever you can get when ever you can get it and take a win on it . Run RI,  wait a few days and continue.

Dennis described the 5 levels for the  " average " person to do them and the correct gradient for the  " average " person . NOT all people who use it will experience the same gradients. Some will have bigger or lesser gradients going thru the levels.

Some of us will fly through far easier and faster, while others will grind thru it and do nothing when it grinds to a hault. Many will just walk away , never to return .

It worked well for me and im going to start at L2,  and thru L5  again to see what new material I can find.

That info helped me. I started to work on considirations that prevent me from viewing past clearly and stable. And my visio started to improve.
Thank you! :)

Creative RI doesnt work for me))).
If I make a goal to reach the moon - nothing becomes imortant:
space craft = not important - smart responsible guys( scientists ) make perfect spacecraft for me, its not important,
space suit = not important - guys make perfect space suit for me, its not important, i trust them))
physical training = not important - guys will train me well, its not a problem :)
I cant dramatize all of this.
