Trom (The Resolution of Mind)

The last few nights, I've been running Lvl2 on people and noticing changes to my internal responses.

I did have another interesting effect on this process I'd like to share:

As I was dropping off to sleep, I was mentally running through things from the day. I'd been cleaning up a workshop for my father and in the evening I suddenly experienced a shock and negative set of physical responses when thinking about a particular machine, for some reason when thinking of it, it was turned on and my hand got caught in it causing quite an accident (to be clear this did not happen in reality!). I started to run Lvl2 on the hand in the machine - within spotting 3 differences the physical response was eliminated and my attitude and thoughts of the machine and my hand were reduced to 'matter of fact' ideas.

So, a win for Lvl 2!
