The Conditions of Life lecture transcript with glossary
« on: November 03, 2019, 08:41:42 pm »
Hi again everyone!

As another step on my long-term project to tidy up the presentation of TROM materials which include proofreading, clarifications, and glossaries that laymen actually can understand, I proudly present to you the transcript with glossary for Dennis' lecture "The Conditions of Life".

I am not the original transcriber.  And I give credit to this person this time around, I had to do hardly any proofreading other than adding an occasional comma, that sort of thing.

I did add an introduction and a comprehensive glossary.

Once again, Peter, you are more than welcome to swap out the old transcription with the new and improved one to enhance the quality of your tromhelp.com site.  My work is for everyone to use and publish.

Attached is the transcript with glossary.  You need to be a member to download it.

You can listen to the lecture here:

Hi TromFan :)

Do u have the transcript of "The Creation of TROM" lection?
http://tromhelp.com/The-Creation-of-TROM.mp3

I have found one here - http://articles.ivymag.org/pdf/ivy17.pdf on page 23,
but it looks like some information was wiped out.

For example: 17:24 Dennis speaks: '...enormous mental calmness... Any time I want to completle calm... when I put myself on a meter - the needle was simple floating. I could do it instantly.'.

There is no such information in transcript.

Example 2: 15:23 - "Oh yes, it was painfull, it was restimulative"

No such information too.

The only transcript I have is from tromhelp.com of Peter's version of TROM a Games Manual where he includes some of it in the introduction.

I am probably going to skip transcribing that one.

Have you taken a look at the glossary that's provided in "Read TROM here?"  I made a complete one for Peter's TROM a Games Manual that he put on Amazon.  And I included words from The Creation of TROM section of that book.

But thanks for showing me that International Viewpoints link.  I had NO idea about that book Scientologie that was put out in 1934.

Wow, I was surprised to see in that last article how the one guy considered TROM "drudgery".  I feel bad for the guy not getting results from TROM.

But I am fine with myself, though.  I would not have done two hours a day for a year if I didn't find it the most fascinating thing I've ever done.
