Ethics / Re: WHAT WE EXPECT OF A TROMMER
« on: November 03, 2025, 03:17:20 pm »
I guess the blank screen showing there were no actual rules made, the sound of the crickets chirping in the background, and the funny music wasn't enough.  Maybe I should re-make the video with a little -boing- sound, and maybe at the end of it showing someone laughing?

Most people got it. But don't worry, you weren't the only one who didn't. So, I'll consider a re-do on that one.

I do appreciate your watching.

Best,
TromFan

I wholeheartedly agree with you, JayDee.  That's why the video, after introducing these 'rules', goes silent.
The funny music should be a clue too.
But also, in the description, I clearly state this video is intended as humor.

Level three TROM / Re: How can I find charged past scene without e-meter
« on: October 08, 2025, 06:41:06 am »
Once you've gotten to the point where every time you try to timebreak something it just vanishes right back into the past, it's time to do level four.

THAT'S how you find charge on your case without using a meter. Levels four and five. Do those commands (when it's time) and I assure you, you'll find all the charge you ever hoped to.

Level one TROM / Re: Dynamic meditations as a substitute of R.I.
« on: October 08, 2025, 06:34:40 am »
First off, if you feel 'charged' after a level two session, first consider whether you've done the exercise properly or not.

Also, you have 'charged' mental masses coming in at you because you did not completely fill that void with RI.

What turns it on will turn it off. So therefore, going to some separate practice to handle it is not recommended.

Make absolutely sure you don't leave a level two object or person until you flatten it. Make absolutely sure you don't abandon RI until you flatten that.

That's all you need to do.

That said, if you want to do this other meditation thing when you are not in session, that's one thing. But as a substitute for RI I do not recommend this to anyone.

I used to do Self Analysis myself, as my havingness got really low between sessions. But I STILL did plenty of RI before, after and during my TROM sessions. I learned if you are going to practice some other spiritual practice, you need to do it outside of your TROM session.

Well, you have to look at the purposes of each of these activities, and I will assuming each of them can actually produce the intended results.

Scientology Clearing and TROM exercises aim to rid you of your aberrations.

What you are describing looks like being able to acquire new abilities.

Now if you were talking about a superior method of ridding oneself of aberrations, that could possibly make Scientology or even TROM obsolete.

I've been asked this about TROM, whether or not it makes Scientology obsolete, and I tell them, in my honest opinion, "no".

TROM may be more advanced, but Scientology lays the foundation for TROM, much like mathematics lays the foundation for Algebra.

And Dennis did not improve upon every aspect of Scientology. He handled ONE problem-- being able to go Clear and above working by oneself.  He did not improve the study tech, the admin tech, or come up with new Training Routines. TROM is almost entirely "Negative Gain" (getting rid of the bad) while Scientology has Negative and positive gain aspects to it.

What you are describing seems entirely "positive gain".  Doing cool stuff like visiting alternate realities isn't going to rid you of your reactive mind.

On a personal note, things like visiting alternate realities and learning new abilities sounds intriguing, if in fact you do learn that. As for me, I'm going to rid myself of my bank first before I explore doing any kind of magic tricks.

Level three TROM / How to Timebreak
« on: September 06, 2025, 09:12:26 am »
In the manual, Dennis says to take incidents "a bit at a time" but doesn't clarify what he means by that until a later 90s lecture.
The following goes into detail about this, and other essentials when timebreaking:

Level two TROM / Re: Question about level Two with past persons (2)
« on: July 29, 2025, 04:08:59 pm »
Dennis doesn't say to compare two past people.
Yes, you can compare a past person to an object in present time. I've done it and got through level two just fine.
I have also gone to public places where people stay still for awhile (like at a library or cafe) and done the exercise, even though this sort of violates the distraction-free environment.
I have also compared past people to myself, as I am in present time.
Who's to say you couldn't just get two friends who look very different from each other (and thus it's likely one will be similar to your past person, and one will be different), preferably one male and one female, and just tell them what you are going to do and have them be quiet in your session?

But seriously, don't over-complicate this. You compare a past person to a present time object. I've compared tall people to tall things in my environment, and short people to short things, and so on.

If you listen to the tape on level two, Dennis does say that any two objects in this universe have differences and similarities to each other, and so it goes for people, and people compared to objects.

Here is that lecture on this webpage, transcript, mp3 download and all.

General Discussion / Re: new start
« on: July 28, 2025, 10:35:01 pm »
I am happy to hear you came back to TROM!
I did Scientology for a long time. I'm familiar with The Secret and quite fond of The Four Agreements and other Toltec books by Don Miguel Ruiz.
TROM has come a long way since you first tried it. There is now a YouTube channel and a website, BetterTROM.com that walks you through the entire subject.
I've been practicing since 2018 and have done about 1500-2000 hours of TROM on myself, and have gotten up as high as level 5c once. If you have any questions or want to share any successes, write me through this forum or at Roger@BetterTROM.com.

Best Wishes,
Roger

The work is complete on bettertrom.com as far as providing all of Dennis' works on text, audio, and video. So I'm kicking it up to the next level.  I have now dedicated a portion of the site to Spanish-speakers and will be adding content to it throughout the rest of 2025.

Ahora puedes estudiar TROM en español. Solo visita BetterTROM.com y haz clic en "La Resolución de la mente" y te llevará a nuestra página para hablantes de español.

Read TROM here / THE BEST Lectures transcripts to date
« on: April 08, 2025, 07:55:38 am »
Recently I have compiled a volume of lectures transcripts.  I not only did a full proofreading run on them, but also new notations, and illustrations. It also comes with an updated and more comprehensive glossary than previous transcripts published by others.
Additionally, I sorted the lectures from easiest to most complex, later lectures building on what was talked about in previous lectures.
You can get your copy at BetterTROM.com or even read them online with a webpage dedicated to each lecture which includes an mp3 download with some lectures accompanied by supporting videos on our YouTube channel DIY Salvation.
The direct link if you just want to read is here:
