Level one TROM / Re: Dynamic meditations as a substitute of R.I.
« on: October 08, 2025, 08:02:04 am »
Also Dynamic meditation completely fits with TROM theory.

What does TROM theory tell us about releasing the charge? It tells us that charge consists of contradictory postulates. And we have to apply complementary postulates to release the charge, to vanish it.

What are we doing during dynamic meditation?
1) Determining what my hand wants to do -> identifying a postulate.
2) Doing it -> applying a complementary postulate to it.

You can do TROM and measure the time taken by a standard RI afterwards. You can also do TROM followed by dynamic meditation and measure the time. RI will be flattened after Dynamic meditation which tells us that it's correct substitute for RI.

Dynamic meditation works faster, especially if you do it near a mirror. A mirror helps create distance between you and your body, and the charge releases more quickly.

Of course, try this at your own risk, and results may vary. If something doesn't feel right, immediately revert to the standard procedure.

Once you've gotten to the point where every time you try to timebreak something it just vanishes right back into the past, it's time to do level four

Hey :)

I have an e-meter and I've read lvl3 completion test by DHS.
And I'm still failing the test.

lvl4 and lvl5 are not working for me  ;D

DHS has incredible good vision, good technicolor re-calls, you can find this in hes reminiscences.
I have not, but I believe that it's possible to reach such levels of re-calls. I'm still working on it with good progress.

Case studies / Re: Synchronicity
« on: October 07, 2025, 12:19:38 am »
I've been experiencing a lot of synchronicities when trying out the "Medici Solitaire" practice. This practice is somewhat similar to the Tarot.

You simply take a deck of cards in the morning, shuffle them, and ask - what card represents my day today? And then you draw one. Usually, the day turns out to be very much aligned with the description of that card.

Suits -

•  Spades – displays of willpower and strength.
•  Diamonds – everything related to money, but also - interest in a broad sense.
•  Hearts – the emotional sphere. Love, friendship, hatred – in other words, any emotional expression.
•  Clubs – daily life, work, routine.

Ranks

Ace – a force acting upon us and beyond our control. Fate. Chance. Any external event that happens not by our will and compels us to take some actions, to respond to it.

King – law. The need to obey certain rules, to act in a certain way. Everything that imposes limitations on us, from physical laws to the criminal code, forces us to act within the framework created by external forces.

Queen – a person. Any living being of any gender and biological species. A neighbor, a lover, a butterfly, Uncle Stepa the policeman. There can be any number of them. Affects us and perceives our impact on them.

Jack – a "courier of power." This is your card. It represents your desires, decisions, impulses, you as the executor of your intention. What inside you makes you act in one way or another - a reasonable decision, ambition, resentment, etc.

10 – result, fruit, expectation. The consequence of actions, mostly yours.

9 – our action, what we give "from ourselves" to the outside world – both actions and words.

8 – communication, contact. Any interaction with living objects of the world – both conversation and fight, and meeting.

7 – absorption. What we take "into ourselves" - from food to impressions from communicating with a friend or visiting a fortune teller.

6 – road, movement. From a trip to work to the movement of your money to an offshore account.

Level one TROM / Dynamic meditations as a substitute of R.I.
« on: October 07, 2025, 12:11:23 am »
Hi everyone.

I'd like to suggest a homemade process that can replace "RI" to some extent. It's "dynamic meditation." After practicing "Level 2 TROM," there's a lack of "RI" a lack of mass, and that's just how it is. But I've also noticed that after a Level 2 session, I'm not in a void. On the contrary, I'm kind of swamped with charge. And it needs to be cleared away. The usual "RI" exercises that Stephens suggested do clear it, but they mostly fill in the gaps, not remove unpleasant charges. Whereas "dynamic meditation" both fills the void (because sensations are created during body movement) and clears away the charges (because suppressed information from the past manifests in the present).

Dynamic Meditation

This is a simple practice that allows you to both manifest and process charge.

Instructions:

a) Choose a hand.
b) Where do you want to move, bend, or rotate it?
c) Do it (move, bend, or rotate).
d) Repeat from step a.

Repeat the cycle a - b - c.
If the hand goes beyond its possible range of motion, return it to its starting position.
If you don't want to move it anywhere, it means you want to hold it in place. So hold it in place for a few seconds, then repeat from a - b - c.
After performing several cycles, the process begins automatically. A persistent feeling arises that "I" am not moving the hand. That the hand is trying to draw or express something unpleasant, something repressed. Outbursts of charge may begin – entire groups of changes in state and sensations that temporarily completely capture attention.

How does it work? Stress and charge are a desire + the inability to fulfill it. And in meditation, we look at the desire and immediately fulfill it, albeit in a primitive form.

Variations:

a) Where do I want to move my finger? Ask, "Where to?" Move it.
This variation is very useful because you won't be able to wave your arms for long – you'll get tired, and it's too noticeable. Whereas, if you move your finger, you can do it all day long.

b) What body position do I want to take? Ask, "Which one?" Take it.
Here, the work is with the entire body as a whole.

c) Dynamic Meditation with an Object:
The same thing, but an object, like a coin, is taken in the hand. And the question changes to – "Where do I want to move it?" Then the object is moved.
It works more gently because all the surfacing charge is projected onto the object, rather than the body. This is the gentlest option if there are very strong, unbearable sensations or surges of charge – it's best to do only this one.

Hello everyone!

It seems I've figured out what my problem was with the level 3 scenes.
The problem lies with my mental perceptions; in other words, I have a "black field case."
So, I started working on it and have made some progress with my initial request.
The reason for my poor mental perceptions is over-concentration on my physical perceptions (the perceptions of my body). They are over-charged and completely pulling my attention towards them.
So, I can't take part of my attention away and move it to past scenes.

Hello Ton RB and TromFan,

here you may find some additional info about 2lvl by Vladimir, you can use chatGPT to translate it from Russian (BB = RI):

When I say I have understanding I mean that what I have translated and read is material that I can use to do TROM with assurance.
Ok! Sorry for misunderstanging :) And good luck in TROMing.

General Discussion / Re: Help for level 5
« on: November 27, 2021, 04:24:04 am »
Hello!

You wrote that You have complete understanding of levels 2, 3 and almost level 4. But what about lvl completion? What about verifying lvl completion on e-meter? And what about RI(lvl1)? I think complete understanding of each lvl might appear only when lvl is finished. Also doing lvl5 without other levels finished might be dangerous. I had that experience.

You asked to give explanation in onw words. I'll try, but please, don't do that before all others lvls finished.

The idea of lvl5 is to use raw postulates and game situations. Raw postulate is pure goal without any specific object\effect. For example, postulate "I want to eat hot dog" is not raw. "I want to eat something" looks better. Lets change some words: "I want to eat something" = "I want to feel taste and fullnes" = "I want to know feeling of taste and fullnes". So it's not raw too because there are concrete objects (concrete taste and fillnes). But the postulate "I want to know feeling of taste and fullnes"  =  "I want to know" is raw enough. "I want to know" includes all situations with eating hot dogs and other food. So we can't work with raw postulate instead of working with particular.

So in TROM and Scientology PC tries to do consciously what Reactive Mind does automatically. PC does it to overcome the automaticity of reactive mind. At lvl5 PC creates two postulate: one for himself and second for the other. It's very simple. Create your desire to know something in front of you. Create someone else desire to prevent you from knowing in other place. Hold both some time. At that moment a lot of charge goes off, it dissapears and you need a lot of RI. Or you need to go to a hospital if previous lvls undone. You do what your mind does automatically. You create two postulates in opposition, and your mind does the same all time of your life but in silent mode.

Considerations got you into this state and reevaluating the considerations will get you back to native state.

You need to consider yourself able to see your whole life as a past scene but first you must address considerations that are preventing you from doing that .

That's the catch 22 paradox. How can you become more able until you are more able .

You start with very small past scenes that you are able to view/know, and you work your way up in ability a little at a time. You get stronger and more determined as you go which in turn enables you to get even more ability and so on, see it ?

That info helped me. I started to work on considirations that prevent me from viewing past clearly and stable. And my visio started to improve.
Thank you! :)

Remember, every importance is relative to any other thing and it is very easy to see importance's once you put out some needs/goals/purposes.

For command 1. see if you can do imagine this:

Want to fly to the moon as an astronaut!

Creative RI doesnt work for me))).
If I make a goal to reach the moon - nothing becomes imortant:
space craft = not important - smart responsible guys( scientists ) make perfect spacecraft for me, its not important,
space suit = not important - guys make perfect space suit for me, its not important, i trust them))
physical training = not important - guys will train me well, its not a problem :)
I cant dramatize all of this.

Some masses make my head move back and forth from side to side in a vibration like motion as its being timebroken

I had body motions too, I call them dynamic meditation.

Dont get stuck because you cant or dont see the images around the mass . Just TB anything you see in your mind.

I see and feel nothing in my mind. Thats the problem. I think i dont understand something fundamental about all of this.

Quote
I read the games manual hundreds of times

Me too)) one day I've realized that I've learned it by heart.

Quote
You literally need to create real importance's in your life and lots of them

))) I dont feel that I can. Nothing seems important. I cant pretend that some mental images are important for me. Preceptional RI flated too.

Im doing TROM since 2012 about 2-3 hours a day average. It worked good all this years, I become very calm person, but now Im stucked.
I cant pass LVL3 e-meter test, no persistent F\N. RI doesnt work, L2 doesnt work, L3 doesnt work, L4 doesnt work :)

So I just want to ask you fundamental thing.

What is TIME for you?
How it can be feeled?
How can I be sure in my timebreaking?

Quote
Its a FEELING of subjective mental mass that is not in the form of distinct images, its in the form of weight solidity and its dark in color .
Mental mass = TIME for you?

Hi!  :D

Thank you! You have brought quotes for question 3.

Quote
until the past scene 'fades' - i.e. begins to 'fall away' in intensity compared to present time."
Quote
the enforcement to view it

I think that criteria is not working for me.  :'(
All my scenes are faded and have zero intensity.
All my scenes dont enforce me to view them.

And what about questions 1 and 2? ???

I think I need some more deeper understanding of all of this...

1. What is TIME?

2. How can I feel TIME?

3. How can I check that TIME is BROKEN while timebreaking? Should timebroken scene look like frozen for example?

thank you! :)

IF you think trom has nothing to do with opposites , you have too much mental mass to see it .
I work with opposites couple month ago. Most charged was "I and others". The problem with the opposites is to find charged one. It was hard for me like finding charged scene  ???

Quote
its actual solidity . Mental mass solidity.
Quote
The solidity of your mental mass is what you are after.

Thank you  :) it helped!!! I've focused my attention on any solidity( mental or real ), and changes and charges started to go out.
So simple...

Quote
You can feel it like you feel a chair or a table or a bowling ball. its actual solidity .
lol :) hope so!!! Years ago I felt a lot of unpleasant emotions and tensions in my body while working, talking with people or just walking in park.
Now its all gone and its a problem to find charge to get perfect e-meter reads for L3 test completion.

Thank you!!! I will hunt solidity now  8)
