He said "Being that has done level five" not you specifically, Khepri.  I think he's Russian. He meant to say "a being".  The Russian language doesn't have 'the' or 'a' in it.  That's probably what confused you.

It's possible for someone to rise to the level of being an authority on TROM. It's not some mystical thing where like Moses saw God and no one else did.  It's a science. A science can be mastered by those who have studied it and practiced it.  That's the whole point of science, the transfer of knowledge.

You're right about Russian language. Sorry I missed the article folks, it can be tough sometimes being bilingual. I learned English itself mainly through crazy ventures into spiritual technologies. Thank God English is not that difficult

Yes as I said, I believe it is possible to make advancements when you are high enough. One of the reasons why Scientology is failing is that it become absolutely frozen with LRH declaring himself as the only source. I know people who worked in Scio orgs in Russia during its expansion here in the 90s, and they were not allowed to use Internet because it was forbidden as suppressive technology.

At the same time, any coin has two sides. That's my experience as well that people would rather create some weird sh*t than do a real practice even for a few years. It's a given — I remember some folks created The «Resolution of Reality» tech on russian forum (lol), some continuing to develop new and exciting technologies xD
