Level two TROM / Question about level Two with past persons (2)

I just re-started with the TROM excersises after I stopped 4 years ago.
I am now doing level 2 in combination with the RI's and that feels nice.
What I do not understand is how to do the level 2 excersise with past persons.
Dennis said in the TROM manual:
.......... Now do the exercise with past persons. Select them one at a time, and complete the exercise with each person.
Continue until no more change occurs with any past person you care to select .............
Thats all, nothing more.
I read the other topic about this subject (doing level two with regard to persons) where everyone gives their own good interpretation of the exercise, because Dennis leaves this open.
Is it correct that as Dennis said nothing more about this, that you have to follow the same procedure as with an object from a past scene.
Thus to compare the past person with an object in the present time.
Because when you compare with a person from your present life but at time of exercise not physically present, you are actually comparing two past scenes with each other.

I did TROM 7 of years ago for a period of 3 years, after a stopped with Scientology.
I understood the theory, but I did not get the results I hoped to reach and switched over to the so called "I Am".
A philosophy based on your higher self, the I AM. You don't solve things by yourself, but you ask your higher self to do it for you. The SECRET is a derivative of this.
The more convincingly you do this and the more you believe it, the more powerful the result.
Your higher self also guides you, but you're not aware of that signal or you ignore it, or you can't distinguish it from all the other noise playing in your head. The latter is especially the case.
Through this route, I am re-routed to TROM.
I re-read the theory about GPM, and to my surprise, I'm once again get more out of it than I was previously aware of and I
immediately became enthusiastic again.
