Trom Graphs and Pictures / Re: PFCC LIKE YOU'VE NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE
« Last post by TromFan on February 23, 2025, 01:14:02 pm »
Glad you appreciate it!
The amount of work I've put into the YouTube channel and the site has just been murder, so I'm glad to know someone is paying attention!
Please, if you haven't subscribed yet, do so, and tell as many as you can about my work. I don't make any money from this, and knowing people like yourself are using my materials is my only motivation.

Thank you so much for your comment!

New PDF of TROM 2023 is coming soon with all these new illustrations, BTW.

Trom Graphs and Pictures / PFCC LIKE YOU'VE NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE

Remember reading that early section of the original manual about the Postulate Failure Cycle Chart (PFCC) where Dennis says 1) opposes 4) and so on? Hard to grasp when you are trying to convert the numbers into words and then visualize it in your head.

I fully illustrated that entire section. It has all the original text plus the annotations and illustrations, plus two supporting videos.  Just scroll the entire page to see all of it.

Too many pictures to put in one posting, but it's a page of the online edition of TROM 2023:

Level five TROM / Re: All the materials - spread around the internet
« Last post by TromFan on February 02, 2025, 06:04:46 am »
For the very best study help on TROM, visit BetterTROM.com where you can read the manual online interspersed with instructional videos, and now you can also study the advanced lectures from the '90s with annotations, illustrations, video support and a page dedicated to TROM Terminology.

This is the culmination of over 2 years of work with over 1000 man-hours dedicated to it. I didn't just transcribe some lectures, make some books and call it a done then leave my site up for years and years without any updates, proofreading or corrections to it like you-know-who did.  You can still write to Roger@BetterTROM.com if you have an inquiry or suggestion to update the site.

I make TROM help part of my daily routine. So, if you ever see my site go down, or I stop responding to messages, or anything like that, you can safely assume I have been hospitalized, detained, or I'm dead.

As far as study help is concerned, I have put by far the most effort into this lecture so far.

If you've ever had trouble with learning this one, now's the time to re-study it, supported with transcript, illustrations, study help notes and recommended related videos:

General Discussion / TROM Lectures Study Project
« Last post by TromFan on January 22, 2025, 01:27:06 am »
I am proud to announce that on BetterTROM.com we have a lectures index page with a recommended study order for the '90s lectures:

https://sites.google.com/bettertrom.com/bettertrom/dennis-stephens-trom-lectures?authuser=0

I have just completed doing a full workup on the lecture "The Supermarket Paradox" which will serve as a model for how I want all the rest of the lecture pages to look:

Please message me with any feedback and/or any help you would like to lend to this project.

General Discussion / Re: What is significance?
« Last post by TromFan on January 08, 2025, 04:21:38 am »
Peter wrote:

The Dictionary Definition works:
noun
1.
importance; consequence:
the significance of the new treaty.
2.
meaning; import:
The familiar place had a new significance for her.
3.
the quality of being significant or having a meaning:
to give significance to dull chores.

A significance in TROM is whatever is important to you.

No, no, no. Thanks to Jurgen and Khepri for actually getting Dennis' TROM definition correct.

OK, so now I am really starting to see some of Peter's fundamental misunderstandings of what TROM is and its purpose.

I mean, this misunderstanding of what a significance is, "Something that's important to you" I think is what led Peter to make his erroneous statement of what an importance is in his guided session recording, where he says "
an importance is something that's important to you" and that also is a false representation of TROM theory.  I point this out in my video about his faulty R.I. instructions.
