And if you mis-apply TROM, yeah, doing some R.I. will stabilize your case, but it's going to take more than that to un-do the damage. If you read and understand the manual you'll know Dennis talks about how you'll need repairs that go beyond "a little bit of R.I." even if it's just because you made a mistake (like running a goals package that turns out to be non-life, just for example).
